Pre-Order Definition

Pre-orders are future-allocation purchases for products not currently held in stock within South Africa. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that the product is pending international shipment and local clearance.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

All delivery timelines provided for pre-orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • International shipping schedules.
  • Port congestion.
  • Customs clearance.
  • Regulatory inspections.
  • Acts of God or force majeure.

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated as windows, not fixed dates.

Cancellations

  • Customers may request cancellation before shipment departure, subject to a reasonable administrative deduction.
  • Once shipment has departed the country of origin, cancellations are no longer permitted.
  • Allocation secured via deposit may be transferred to another customer at the company’s discretion.

Delays

Delays caused by shipping lines, ports, customs authorities, regulatory bodies, or third-party logistics providers do not constitute a supplier breach and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund in terms of Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Should delays exceed a reasonable period, the company may, at its discretion, offer alternative solutions.

Refund Processing

Where refunds are applicable:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds exclude non-recoverable costs already incurred.
  • Banking and processing fees may apply.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing a pre-order and paying a deposit, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
